02 - 1 cup raw cashews
03 - 1 cup raw pecans
04 - 1 cup raw walnuts

05 - 3 tablespoons honey
06 - 2 tablespoons olive oil or melted butter
07 - 1 teaspoon ground cumin
08 - 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
09 - 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
10 - 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
11 - 1 teaspoon sea salt
12 - 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
# Directions:
01 - Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - In a large mixing bowl, combine honey and olive oil. Add cumin, smoked paprika, cinnamon, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper. Mix thoroughly until well combined.
03 - Add all nuts to the bowl and toss thoroughly until completely coated with the spiced honey mixture.
04 - Spread nuts in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
05 - Roast in preheated oven for 18-20 minutes, stirring halfway through, until golden and fragrant. Monitor closely to prevent burning.
