06 - 1 tbsp granulated sugar optional or sweetener of choice
07 - 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
08 - 1/4 tsp baking soda
09 - 1/4 tsp salt

→ For Cooking

10 - Butter or oil for greasing the pan

11 - Fresh berries
12 - Maple syrup or honey
13 - A dollop of extra skyr

# Directions:

01 - In a large bowl, whisk together skyr, eggs, milk, and vanilla extract until smooth.
02 - In a separate bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
03 - Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring gently until just combined. Do not overmix; a few lumps are fine.
04 - Heat a nonstick skillet or griddle over medium heat and lightly grease with butter or oil.
05 - Pour 1/4 cup of batter onto the pan for each pancake. Cook for 2-3 minutes until small bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook for another 1-2 minutes until golden and cooked through.
