06 - 1 cup chopped baby spinach
07 - 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

08 - 1/2 teaspoon salt
09 - 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
10 - 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme

11 - 1 tablespoon olive oil
# Directions:
01 - Set the oven temperature to 375°F.
02 - Heat olive oil in a large oven-safe skillet over medium heat. Add diced onion and cook for 3 minutes until translucent.
03 - Stir in diced ham and cook for 2 minutes. Incorporate chopped spinach and cherry tomatoes, cook until spinach wilts, approximately 1 minute.
04 - Whisk eggs, milk, salt, pepper, and thyme in a mixing bowl. Fold in half of the Swiss cheese.
05 - Pour the prepared egg mixture over ham and vegetables in the skillet. Sprinkle the remaining cheese evenly on top.
06 - Cook on medium heat for 2 to 3 minutes until edges begin to set.
07 - Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for 12 to 15 minutes, or until the center is cooked through and puffed.
08 - Remove from the oven, allow to cool briefly, slice, and serve warm or at room temperature.
