# Directions:
01 - Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Pat chickpeas completely dry using a clean kitchen towel or paper towels, removing any loose skins for enhanced crispiness.
03 - Transfer dried chickpeas to a large bowl and toss with olive oil until evenly coated.
